We slept in late and had a leisurely look around the island. We drove up north, down south, east and west and saw lots of new stuff sprouting up everywhere. Lots of new homes, resorts, businesses, restaurants… It’s a busy busy island.

We drove out to see the flamingos and discovered that the Mayflower had been discovered! Not sure that many people were aware of that. But here is the photographic proof.

We drove through downtown and parked the car for a brief look in the shopping stalls to see if we could find some sunglasses. When we got back to the car, we discovered it was a pay lot and our car had been booted! We sweet talked them into letting us ignorant tourists go, and it worked!

We spent the evening watching the sunset then headed home for a home cooked meal.
